Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time—including consultations, CoolSculpting Elite, Botox, weight loss or vitamin injections—will be charged a $25 late fee. This fee also applies if you are late or fail to show for a scheduled consultation.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged.
