How does CoolSculpting work?

The applicator is going to essentially vacuum seal itself around the tissue being treated to maintain maximum contact throughout the treatment. Remember when I said CoolSculpting Elite was important? Here’s why: the new system has enhanced contoured applicators to fit your curves better. When it comes to that vacuum seal and tissue contact the CoolSculpting Elite has been shown to have 31% more coverage than the old system giving you up to 18% more fat loss. When we turn the applicator on it’s going to get cold, not like taking a refreshing dip in the pool, but like maybe taking an ice bath cold. When this begins you might feel a little tingling or stringing but it’s going to go numb in approximately 5-7 minutes. Within those 90 days following your treatment, you’ll begin seeing results as early as 6 weeks, and you’ll be able to fully appreciate your results at the end of 90 days. Keep in mind that oftentimes with the individualized treatment plans it is sometimes recommended to treat the affected area 1-2 times, so if you’re being treated twice, you’ll be treated again at the 6-week mark and 90 days after the second treatment is when you’ll really be able to see and appreciate those results.
