They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. When I came in for my first procedure, I once again was welcomed with their kindness. They both truly made my experience above and beyond what I could have hoped for. They are both so friendly and professional and take amazing care of their customers. They explain every step that they do and why they do it and just make the entire experience enjoyable. This was a big decision for me. But as a mom I wanted to do something for myself to work on my fitness journey. The staff was professional and courteous. They answered all my questions during the consultation. I was given plenty of instructions thru email before my appointment of what to expect. Everything was very clear. The office was super clean inside and felt welcoming. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure. She was very precise in where she placed everything and told me what to expect next. She made sure I was okay and checked on me. I’m excited to see my results soon.
